Yes, it costs nothing. Every feature is free: as many timetables as you like, holidays, calendar subscription, sharing, your own events, all print designs. There is no paywall and no premium tier. The app funds itself through discreet ads for selected partner shops – served by our own system, without cookies and without third-party tracking.

Not to try it. You can create the timetable straight away. Only when you want to save or share it do we ask for your email address. You get a sign-in link by email; there is no password.

All of them that understand iCal (.ics): Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Thunderbird and many more. You can import the timetable once as a file or add it as a subscription, and then changes arrive automatically.

You change the timetable once. Everyone who subscribed gets the new version automatically. Everyone who imported the file simply loads it again. Existing events are updated, not created twice.

The subscription, as soon as the plan can still change. You add the subscription address once and corrections arrive by themselves afterwards. The .ics file is a snapshot: it works in any calendar app and needs no connection afterwards, but you have to re-import it after every change. It makes sense if you need the plan only once or your calendar app does not support subscriptions. In both cases you decide beforehand whether only the school plan travels with it or your private events as well.

Every subject has an interval: weekly, fortnightly or monthly, each with a start date. If a lesson falls in the holidays it is dropped. You can check every school week in the week view.

All 16. You pick your state when you create the timetable, and school holidays and public holidays are then taken into account automatically. Movable holidays and your school’s teacher training days you enter yourself as days off.

None. We only store your email address. The title of the timetable is yours to choose, and a child’s name is never required. There are no ad trackers, and the servers are in Germany.

No. Football training, piano or therapy sit on their own layer. The share link only carries the school plan. When exporting for your own calendar, you decide whether the private events come along.

Yes. Under one email address you can create as many timetables as you like, for example “Emma – 3b” and “Ben – 1a”. Each timetable has its own share link and its own calendar subscription. That way every child gets their own calendar, which you can show and hide in your calendar app.

Yes. The app is built for the phone, because most people open the link straight from the class group. You can put it on the home screen like a normal app, without an app store.
