You are organising the class anyway. With one link you spare every family in the class the tedious copying into the calendar, and everyone has the same, correct timetable with holidays in it.

    Create the timetable

    Enter the state, school year and times, put subjects into the week. Five minutes.

    Check it

    Page through the school weeks. Holidays, public holidays and alternating weeks are already taken into account.

    Share the link

    Copy the share link and post it in the group.

    Keep it up

    When something changes, just adjust the timetable. Everyone who subscribed gets the new version automatically.

Hi everyone! I have set up the timetable for class 2b as a calendar. Holidays and public holidays are already in it. Just open the link and subscribe to the calendar, it takes a minute:

  • One link, two ways

    The share link belongs in the group. On the shared page every family can subscribe to the calendar – then changes arrive by themselves – or download the .ics file, a snapshot.

  • Half term

    Change the existing timetable instead of creating a new one. The link stays the same and every subscription follows along.

  • Adding days off later

    Teacher training days often come up later. Enter them – everyone who subscribed sees them automatically, everyone else just reloads the .ics.

  • The link stays valid

    The class link is permanent, so no subscription ever breaks. That is why you should only post it in the class group.
